Welcome to Show Yours("Show Yours", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Show Yours is

Show Yours is a lead-generation marketplace that helps brands ("Brands") discover verified content creators ("Creators") and express interest in hiring them. We are an introducer and facilitator. We do not process payments between Brands and Creators on the Platform, and we are not a party to the final engagement contract between a Brand and a Creator.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
  • Accounts are for a single Brand or Creator and may not be shared or resold.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

3. Creators

  • You confirm that the follower counts, engagement figures, portfolio and other information you submit are accurate and belong to you.
  • Profiles are reviewed by our team and only go live once approved. We may decline or remove a profile at our discretion.
  • Your private contact details are never displayed publicly; they are used only by our team to coordinate collaborations.

4. Brands & enquiries

  • Sending a hire enquiry expresses interest only; it is not a binding offer or contract.
  • Our team will contact you to coordinate the collaboration. Final terms, deliverables and fees are agreed between you and the Creator.
  • You agree not to use enquiry information to spam, harass, or bypass the Platform.

5. Fees

Creating a profile and browsing the marketplace is free. Any service or facilitation fees will be communicated to you directly by our team before you commit. There are no automated in-app charges.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or scraping data. We may remove content and restrict access to keep the Platform safe.

7. Intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of the content and portfolio they upload. By uploading, you grant Show Yours a non-exclusive licence to display it on your public profile to promote your services.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific enquiry volume, hire, or campaign outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Show Yours is not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from engagements between Brands and Creators.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
